Mobile information and SMS consent
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
What we collect
- Your mobile phone number, when you opt in by keyword, by form, or by giving it to Edgard Sammour directly.
- The content of messages you exchange with this number.
- The date, time and consent status of your opt-in.
How we use it
Only to send you the appointment notifications and replies described on the opt-in page, to answer you when you text in, and to keep a record that you consented. We do not use it for marketing or promotional messaging, and we do not profile it or sell it.
Who can see it
Only Edgard Sammour and the messaging platform providers that transmit the texts on his behalf (currently Telnyx LLC and the mobile carriers). Those providers receive the minimum needed to deliver a message. They are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Consent records are kept for as long as you remain subscribed and for four years after, as required for compliance. Message content is retained for up to two years. You may ask us to delete your number at any time.
